Exchange Only. Items must be sent back to Heavenly Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. No refunds will given.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Heavenly Boutique and product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. All in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store.
At Heavenly Boutique, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold.
However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we have received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

When returned packages arrive at our facility, it usually takes us anywhere from 3-5 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers the original purchasing price and tax fees.
Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer and responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.

All items found in the Sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, or bodysuits are non-returnable.
We offer in-store pickups to our customers who live or are in the area and would like to pick up their items instead. When checking out, apply the code PICKUP in the promo code section. Doing so will waive shipping costs and your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 7 days, customer refuses the right to exchange or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide at the customer's expense. By selecting in-store pick-up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Heavenly Boutique.
